Those wishing to attend the congress are kindly requested to complete the online registration form and send their remittance to Austropa Interconvention. A receipt will be forwarded after having received the registration fee, as confirmation of registration. The deadline for registrations will be May 13^th, 2005.

Registration Fees

Participant and student registration includes:

• admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
• conference kit (final program, Book of Abstracts, etc.)
• coffee/tea during the official breaks
• welcome mixer on Monday, June 20, 2005
• 3 lunches on June 20, 21, and 22, 2005
• reception at a Viennese ”Heuriger” (a rural inn)

It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific sessions. Their registration fee includes welcome mixer, and the ”Heurigen” reception.

Payment

All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be accepted.

Payments must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by

• Credit Card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, American Express)
• Bank transfer (free of charges for the recepient) to the Austropa Interconvention account no. 0035-14775-15 at Bank Austria Creditanstalt-AG, Vienna, routing code 11000 (SWIFT Code: BKAUATWW, IBAN Code: AT42 1100 0003 5147 7515). Please remember to include participant´s name and the reference ”JMMC 2005”

Credit Card payment must be accompanied by details of type of card, account number, expiry date, and registered name and address of the card holder.

Cancellation and Refunding
For cancellation before April 15, 2005 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after April 15, 2005 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
